So happy this pharmacy just recently opened up so close to my apartment. It is one of the most organized pharmacies I have ever been to and the staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. I recommend anybody in the area to try it out . ~Mazel Tov Vida Pharmacy~

This is the best pharmacy in NJ! The customer service is incredible and everyone is super friendly. Very professional and knowledgeable pharmacist. I even had an issue with one of my prescriptions and they were able to fix it quickly.

Great experience at this pharmacy! The pharmacist is very personable and helpful. They transferred my prescriptions to them and made everything so easy for me! They also have discounts available! Glad I made the switch!

Excellent service at this pharmacy from the personnel, very efficient people are working here! My prescription was ready very fast and the prices were better compared to another pharmacies I have been buying from, the best part is that they offer me the delivery service for free on my refills, thats a bonus! I will be saving so much time.

God the customer service here needs to be studied. I had an issue with my doctor where I was waiting 6 HOURS for a prescription and I called them at least 15 times per hour and they didn’t care. I changed my pharmacy from CVS to Vida hoping the change would help and it didn’t, at least not how I expected. The staff at my doc and cvs honestly did the bare minimum and I had to keep running back to both, begging for help so I could get my meds. The staff at Vida, however, worked with me throughout the entire process, calling me and the doctor’s office as much as necessary in order to work out the issue so I could finally get my meds. They really were dedicated to helping me which means a lot considering the pain and discomfort I was in AND how little my docs office cared. I’m def changing my doctor because the front desk was insanely unhelpful and unprofessional considering they didn’t care I waited in pain for 6 hours but I’ll also permanently be swapping to Vida because they were just the best, and the kindest and most helpful. Thank you Vida Pharmacy!

Pharmacy staff is so friendly and helpful. They have great OTC stuff that is recommended by pharmacists. On top of that, their staff speak different languages which makes the customer experience much better and easy to deal with.

I like to share my experience at Vida Pharmacy The Girl at the Counter Sharon she’s so nice professional everything I ask about my medicines she answer with knowledge and professional. We know we feel when people do what they like. I really recommend this Pharmacy because she deserve 1 million stars. Thank you for everything. Sharon keep doing the wonderful job.
